A Bright & Magnetic Future To look Forward To
I feel like we should right off the bat kick it in and start off with the second seasons of Konosuba and more importantly Attack on Titan. Both exellectly animated franchises, with great dubs and animation, with a even dandier soundtrack to accompany their two respective franchises. With Konosuba, once I see Season two, I'll be very tempted to update it's score and make it a possible contender to enter Q's wall of fame, since Konosuba pretty much does everything right for it's respective genre and production, I already had an incredibly hard time not inducting, simply because I was truly blown away from it's riveting animation and had an exciting, as well as motivating time to watch it, downside is, it's barely a 1 cour show, clocking in at 10 episodes, so for me, length for a series it's extremely important, given with more episodes, well simply have a more fleshed out world and experience, it's clear to me the Konosuba only just begun it's journey to something greater, so I'm really proud to say that there's still a abundant and decent amount of current anime still forging ahead. Great stuff and I can't wait for it's future instalment. Now with Attack on Titan, we were initially given a 2 cour show, so we got a nice and dandy amount of content, especially if you include the ova's and movies. See wit studio I feel made a name for itself when doing this franchise and it's clear that this recent startup company birthed from Production I.G doesn't lack the talent at all. We were given a relentless onslaught of a fast paced episodic production and in the process this series gained an incredible amount of hype and respectively so. This series as well has a budding hope for the future, as it's adapted from a very well known and received manga. This anime is on the top of most people's radar.
When I heard Steins;Gate was going to make another instalment I jumped off my couch, because only once in I while do you get a franchise with a good background and credentials to make another ace series. I'd probably attribute it to the first time I heard Clannad or Chihiyafuru was getting their second instalments simply because this anime definitely deserve to be in the ranks of the two. Though I did take a step back and thought about it after watching the trailer, why you ask? It's because I felt that the initial series ended so perfectly and at the right time, so I was at somewhat at a loss as to where this series could be taken and what was to be accomplished, since the first instalment is an already high bar to top. None the less, I don't expect anything less or meek from the likes of White fox studios, so I'll be looking forward to it's premiere.
Speaking of Chihayafuru, this is pretty much the only anime in my mind that has the potential to become the best anime I've ever seen. Don't misunderstand me, it's not there yet! but it indeed is very close to surpassing the likes of Clannad. Along with that it has all the Right ingredients from a business perspective to have a potentially amazing future. First this anime was incredibly received, with good sales and margins, with reviews typically in the 80/90 % rating margins, this series also has a Manga, A crucial aspect in advertising it's future and game plan for this series, it also sells like cake as well. Also Season 2 ended on a high note, with multiple signs that this series is simply not concluded yet and has a future, if any of you watch season two, it'll be clear to you that this anime's producers weren't trying to conclude this series in any shape or form, in fact quite the opposite, since Chihaya and Taichi were both in the middle of a journey when season two ended. Along with that, we're seeing positive investment from external influences and corporate backing, since this series also got a live action film to branch out into the film market, a very very positive sign of corporations investment in this franchise and this series creator willing to branch out and expand the world of Chihiyafuru. This hasn't yet been announced or confirmed yet, but season 3 is on the top of my personal list. Period. Along with that this series was animated by Madhouse, who's been on an incredible roll lately and is on uber force to be reckoned with. Just simply watch Death Parade, their works with Satoshi Kon, Deathnote or One punch man.You can find useful links to series mentioned above below.
